At Island Irrigation, we are committed to providing quality irrigation and drainage services. Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Because we provide services rather than physical products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Estimates and consultations are provided according to the terms discussed at the time of booking.

Once services have been completed, refunds are generally not offered for work performed.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to inspect the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repairs, adjustments, or other reasonable remedies.

Deposits for scheduled work may be refundable if the appointment is canceled with reasonable notice. Once materials have been purchased or work has begun, deposits may become non-refundable.

Any concerns regarding completed work should be reported within 7 days of service whenever possible.
